How much does a custom software project cost?
It depends on scope, but most of our engagements start in the range of a few hundred thousand baht for a focused system and scale from there. We scope in phases, so you approve a fixed price for a defined deliverable rather than signing an open-ended contract. The first conversation and a written estimate cost nothing.
How long does a typical project take?
A focused internal tool or AI assistant usually goes live in 6–12 weeks. A full platform — ERP, customer app, multi-team workflow — typically runs 3–6 months to first release, then continues in short iterations. We ship working software every sprint, so you see progress from week two, not at the end.
Do you work with companies that have no in-house IT team?
Yes. Most of our clients do not have an engineering department. We handle architecture, development, deployment and ongoing operations, and we document the system so you are never locked to us. If you do have an IT team, we work alongside them and hand over cleanly.
Can you take over a system another vendor built?
Often, yes. We start with a paid technical audit — code quality, infrastructure, security, and what it would cost to maintain versus rebuild. You get an honest written recommendation, including the times when the honest answer is that a rebuild is cheaper than a rescue.
Where is our data stored, and is it PDPA compliant?
You choose. We deploy to AWS, Google Cloud or Azure, including their Southeast Asia regions, and we can keep data inside Thailand where that matters. PDPA obligations — consent records, data subject requests, retention and breach handling — are designed into the system rather than bolted on at the end.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. We offer monthly support and managed operations covering monitoring, backups, security patching, cloud cost control and a set number of change requests. Many clients keep us on to keep building; some take the system in-house after handover. Both are fine.
